Hi there! Welcome to my practice—I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Yanni, and I’m passionate about empowering individuals to live more balanced, fulfilling lives. With a Master’s degree, CAMS Facilitator, Certified Domestic violence professional, with certifications in trauma-informed care and professional coaching, and over 18 years of experience in mental health and wellness, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting others on their journey to healing and growth from domestic violence.
I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where you can be your authentic self. Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking emotional balance, or working toward personal or professional goals, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, finding moments of peace in nature, and staying committed to my own journey of growth and self-care. I firmly believe that prioritizing yourself is the foundation for meaningful transformation.
I look forward to getting to know you and working together to create the life you deserve. If you have any questions or are ready to schedule your first session, feel free to reach out—I’m here for you. Let’s take this important step forward together!
