Do you feel stuck?
0 hour 45 minutes
Are you looking to do something but you can’t seem to do it?
Does it seem like something is stopping you from moving forward?
You know you should do it, but you don’t know why you can’t.
We all have our moments of feeling stuck.
That’s because it’s a normal part of life. We just have to figure out an effective way to get out of it, at the time when we should be moving forward.
To go from Point A to Point B, you have to go through a process. A process of peeling off layers of hindrances that’s keeping you from getting to your destination. The process could be short if the distance from your current situation to your desired destination is not that far. But it could be longer if the distance between two points is significantly far.
Being in a position where you’re stuck does not feel good. It takes up a lot of brain space and energy. Your mind will be thinking about what should be done, but your will resists to move forward. The resistance is toiling, it can cause a lot of stress.
It is helpful to find what it is that’s causing you to be stuck. Ask yourself questions, until you get to the root of the issue. Usually, what you see at the surface isn’t really it. That’s why going deeper is essential. Once you identity the root, you need to take action immediately.
This may sound simple, but it usually is not.
For you to successfully get out the state of being stuck, you need to practice deep reflection. Unfortunately, this is something that cannot be done effectively on your own. You need the help of another person, preferably someone who can expertly guide you through the “digging” process.
Let me be that person for you. I can coach you through the process, so you can get out of being stuck as fast as possible.
Please fill out and submit the Coaching Intake form before our session. This will give me adequate time to review your information.
Q: How does life coaching work?
A: Life coaching is a powerful process where a coach helps people fulfill their God-given potential and life purpose. The coachee (person being coached) identifies the challenges or issues that he/she needs to overcome, and through the help of a coach, sets workable goals that will allow him/her to experience breakthrough. Coaching is a very powerful process because it empowers people to think about their situation with intentionality, and identify the things that will help them achieve the goals that they have set out for themselves.
Q: What happens during a coaching session?
A: At the beginning of our program, we will set your coaching goal. Then we will break it into manageable chunks, which will be the basis for our coaching sessions. Every coaching session that you'll have with me will be part of an ongoing conversation that is geared toward helping you achieve your goals. All sessions will be results-oriented, which means that we always start by identifying what you want to take away after our conversation. Our conversations will follow a simple framework that will keep us focused on your desired results. This includes asking you questions that will give you the chance to think through the factors that influence your situation. We always end a coaching session with a solid plan for the week ahead. You commit to work on this plan, and I commit to hold you accountable for the actions that you commit to do.
Q: How long are the coaching sessions?
A: The sessions are 45 minutes in length. Although, there may be instances when we need to extend a few more minutes before we end a session. There is no additional fee for when this happens.
Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: A coaching journey is different for every person. Thus, the number of sessions you need largely depends on what you want to achieve. Most people sign up for coaching programs with specific goals in mind. Oftentimes, these are big goals that need to be broken down into smaller goals. These smaller goals are the focus for the coaching sessions, which when completed will bring them toward their overall desired results. This means that a coaching program will look different for every person, ultimately influencing the number of sessions a persons need to commit to.
Q: What will I have to do to make this work?
A: For coaching to work, you must be committed to make change happen in your life. You must be willing to do everything necessary to complete all the action steps you set for yourself. Most of all, you need to be totally open and honest about your self and your situations, and you must be willing to dig deeper into your life so you can get the answers you need. Your level of commitment to a coaching relationship will directly influence the speed at which you will achieve your desired results. My role as a coach is that of a facilitator. I steer the conversations toward the right direction and ask the right questions. I commit to hold you accountable for your commitments and to encourage you in every step that you take.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations are not allowed, but you are welcome to reschedule. If you wish to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Q: What happens if I miss a session?
A: "No shows" will be charged the full amount for the session.
