Distance Reiki Session
A gentle distance Reiki session offering a space to slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself. Each session is guided by your intention and what feels present for you. Reiki may support relaxation, grounding, stillness, self-awareness, and a sense of energetic balance. Sessions are offered remotely and can be adapted to what you are seeking from the experience. You don't need any prior experience with Reiki—simply come as you are and allow yourself space to receive.
Holistic Healer & Guide
Alignment Coach
There are times in life when you know something needs to change, but you don't know what that change is supposed to look like.
You may feel tired, stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply unable to see the path forward. From the outside, everything may look perfectly fine, while internally you know that something isn't quite right.
I understand. I've been there.
Hi, my name is George. I created Higher Realms Healing as a space for people who are searching for greater alignment, clarity, and connection with themselves. You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need. You don't need to have the right questions or a five-year plan. Sometimes the first step is simply having somewhere safe to put everything you're carrying and someone who can help you begin making sense of it.
My understanding of alignment is rooted in balance and right relationship—with yourself, your body, your mind, your spirit, and your life. Our experiences shape the way we understand ourselves and the world around us. Sometimes the beliefs and patterns we developed to navigate an earlier version of our lives continue to influence us long after they are no longer serving who we are becoming.
My role isn't to tell you who you are or what your path should be.
I see myself as a guide and a kind of roadmap—someone who can help you slow down, notice patterns, explore possibilities, and find your own direction. I believe that, ultimately, you are the authority on your own experience and your own life.
My work brings together a variety of tools and perspectives, including Alignment Coaching, somatic work, Reiki, Prana, ThetaHealing, Tarot, Astrology, intuitive guidance, mindfulness, meditation, and holistic wellness practices. I don't believe that every person needs the same modality. The tool is simply a means of supporting the person where they are on their journey.
My intention is that you leave our work together with greater understanding of yourself, a clearer sense of direction, something practical you can carry into your life, and—most importantly—a stronger connection to your own ability to navigate your path.
You don't have to know exactly where you're going.
You just have to be willing to take the next step.
