This service is designed for individuals looking to improve their nutrition or eating habits. Eating well-balanced meals can be challenging, but not impossible. We will discuss your needs and what works well for you as you embark on the journey to healthy eating.
This single session provides one-on-one coaching by video in which we will discuss the current state of your life and create goals you want to achieve. This session will be filled with empowerment, support, accountability, and challenges from the coach, which push you toward a positive direction of change. It’s rare that transformation takes place in one single session (without future sessions), as it is considered a “quick fix,” but this option is available if needed.
Each new client will complete an intake form and coaching agreement prior to our first coaching session. Forms will be emailed to you.
Q: What is a coaching agreement?
A: The coaching agreement is a standard agreement that must be reviewed and signed before we begin our coaching sessions. The agreement lets clients know what you can expect during the coaching relationship, the number of coaching sessions you will have, as well as other things like the cancellation policy, refunds and confidentiality.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Coaching fees are typically non-refundable and refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Refunds will be for unused sessions only and are subject to a fee of 30% of the fees already paid. Sessions in which you are “no call/no show” will not be eligible for refunds.
