Couples/Family Therapy
Couples and family therapy provides a supportive space to work through relationship concerns, communication difficulties, conflict, emotional connection, parenting concerns, family changes, and other challenges affecting the relationship. Sessions are focused on understanding each person's perspective, improving communication, building healthier patterns, and developing practical tools to strengthen relationships.
Sessions may be 45–60 minutes depending on clinical needs and scheduling. Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to identify goals and develop an approach that fits your family or relationship.
Appointments may be available through insurance, self-pay, or sliding-scale options. Insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan and provider. Self-pay and sliding-scale availability varies based on clinician, service, and eligibility.
Please contact the office with any questions about insurance, fees, if you have any questions

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel exciting, uncomfortable, or even a little overwhelming. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
We believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, respected, and accepted without judgment. Our approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and tailored to the individual, couple, or family sitting in front of us.
We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families and understand that everyone comes to therapy with a different story, different needs, and different goals. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, relationships, emotional challenges, life transitions, or simply feel like something needs to change, we're here to help you navigate it.
Our goal is to create a safe space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
You don't have to have all the answers before you start. Taking the first step is enough.
We look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
