I specialize in therapy for children, teens, and parents, helping families build confidence, connection, and practical coping skills. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. My goal is to help every client feel comfortable, understood, and supported
With over 25 years of experience, I offer a warm, collaborative approach tailored to each person. I draw on CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and practical strategies to address anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and family challenges. I also help parents strengthen communication and navigate school concerns.
