Combat Stress Induced Weight Gain
0 hour 60 minutes
Stress hijacks our brains making it impossible for us to access the frontal lobe – the part of the brain responsible for cognitive thinking. Without the use of this part of the brain, it is really hard to make healthy food choices and easy to give in to impulses.
Common stress behaviors that contribute to weight gain include: not hydrating enough, overeating, skipping meals, choosing unhealthy processed fast foods, trying fad diets, sleep disturbances, and lack of or excessive exercise.
Book a session to learn how to combat these stress behaviors that could be contributing to your inability to lose weight.
