Professional Statement

I'm the founder of Naturally Reset, a virtual cellular health and functional medicine practice, and a Doctor of Natural Medicine with a background in integrative and functional health. Over 5 years, I've built and delivered full-protocol care to 50+ clients using genetics-informed testing (3x4 Genetics), advanced lab panels (HTMA, OAT), and evidence-based supplementation and lifestyle protocols (EquiLife).

My work centers on translating complex data - labs, genetics, symptoms - into clear, personalized protocols for hormone imbalance, gut dysfunction, detox overload, inflammation, blood sugar dysregulation, and adrenal/thyroid stress. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all plans; every protocol is built from the individual's own biology and reassessed as they progress.

Beyond client work, I'm interested in bringing this same rigor to program design and protocol development for health and wellness brands - building frameworks that scale the same personalized, root-cause approach beyond a single practitioner's client list.
