Welcome, love. I'm Molly Rose, a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher with a decade+ of experience teaching, studying, and seeking truth around the globe.
As a yoga teacher, I seek to plant a seed. I hope to guide you out of your head and back into the wisdom of your incredible body. My classes are intuitive, spacious, and soulful. You are encouraged to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels organic and expressive.
As a breathwork facilitator, I am here to hold space as you begin to unravel into your truth. I create a safe container for soulful expression. One in which you are free to surrender, unwind, process, grieve, FEEL, and transform. It is deep work and something I do not take lightly. There is potent magic to be discovered when you allow yourself to explore your shadow.
I aim to share the resources, tools, and skills that have helped me in my own healing process. I believe we are our own greatest healers and the true magic lies within that remembrance.
I hold a PhD in Philosophy, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and yoga certification. I have traveled the world studying healing practices and shamanism. I have induced full chakra Kundalini awakenings and dried wet sheets in freezing temperatures with my bare body—I know of no one else who has done either without an outside teacher. I now gift the world a healing protocol and welcome guests for private retreats to heal with me at Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary.

The first white settler, Daniel Russell, built a log cabin in Pultneyville in 1794. This hamlet briefly enjoyed prominence as one of the few ports in the area until the opening of the Erie Canal in the southern part of the county in 1823. It did continue to be an important Great Lakes port, however, well into the 19th century. Williamson was created in 1802 from the Town of Sodus and originally was much larger than its present-day borders. Later, other towns were created from parts of Williamson, including Ontario in 1807 and Marion in 1825. Until relatively recently, Williamson was a dry town.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 34.7 square miles (90 km2), of which 34.6 square miles (90 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (0.06%) is water.
