Two-Session Coaching Intensive
Not ready for a six-week coaching commitment? Start with one meaningful change.
Sometimes you don’t need to overhaul your life—you need help figuring out where to begin. Quick Win is a focused two-session coaching experience designed to help you identify one priority, understand what may be getting in the way, and leave with a realistic plan you can begin using right away.
What's included
Session 1 — Assess + Focus | 60 minutes
We’ll take a focused look at what’s happening now and identify the area where change could make the most meaningful difference. Rather than trying to tackle everything, we’ll choose one achievable goal to work on together.
Depending on your needs, that might involve stress and overwhelm, sleep, movement, nutrition, boundaries, routines, work-life balance, creativity, self-care, or navigating a life transition.
You’ll leave with a personalized Quick Win experiment to put into practice between sessions.
Between Sessions — Try + Notice
Over approximately 1–2 weeks, you’ll put your plan into action. The goal isn’t perfection. We’ll use what happens—what worked, what didn’t, and what surprised you—as useful information.
Session 2 — Refine + Move Forward | 60 minutes
We’ll review your experience, identify barriers and strengths, adjust your strategy, and create a practical 30-day Next Act Action Plan.
At the end, we’ll also talk about what kind of support—if any—would be useful next.

Welcome to Your Next Act
Maybe you’re ready for a change. Maybe you’ve spent years caring for everyone else, navigating stress, meeting expectations, or simply getting through—and now you’re wondering, “What do I want my life to look like from here?”
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start.
I’m Jennifer Cooper, NBC-HWC, CPRP, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with 30 years of experience working in the mental health field. That experience deeply informs the way I coach. I understand that meaningful change isn’t simply a matter of willpower, motivation, or having the perfect plan. Our stress, environments, relationships, experiences, habits, and sense of self all influence how we care for ourselves and move forward.
My coaching is not therapy, but it is informed by decades of supporting people through mental health challenges, recovery, change, and personal growth. I bring that perspective together with evidence-based health and wellness coaching and creative approaches inspired by my background in the arts.
Together, we can explore the whole picture—stress, sleep, movement, nutrition, relationships, creativity, purpose, joy, and the routines that shape your everyday life. We’ll identify what matters most to you, recognize the strengths and resources you already have, and turn your goals into realistic, sustainable steps.
There’s no expectation that you reinvent yourself overnight. This is about creating change that works in your actual life—one conversation, one experiment, one meaningful step at a time.
You’ve lived a lot of life already. You get to have a voice in what comes next.
Your next act is waiting.
