Hi, I’m Madison! I am passionate about guiding others towards their happiest and healthiest selves through the all encompassing world of wellness!
I earned my Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness Coaching from Arizona State University in 2022, allowing me to become a certified health coach. My approach to health is holistic, encompassing all 8 pillars of health; physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, financial, and environmental health.
I believe that health coaching is the essential missing piece of modern day healthcare. As a certified coach, I am trained in health, human behavior, and motivation to elicit powerful positive health behavior changes in the lives of others. I help you discover the ‘why’ behind your desired health changes, identify blind spots that prevent change, provide support and accountability, and use my training and knowledge to help you navigate all of your health and wellness concerns. As a coach, it is my goal to walk alongside you in your journey and empower you as the leader of your own life, body, and mind to help unlock your intrinsic power and motivation. I use evidence-based techniques to help you address a variety of different things such as healing your relationship with food, managing chronic illnesses, improving mental health concerns, and more!
