This one-on-one session offers a deeply personalized experience designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Using long-held, supported postures and gentle breath awareness, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where your body can unwind and your mind can settle. With props like blankets and bolsters, the poses are fully supported so you can safely surrender and receive the full benefit of rest.
In a private session, everything is tailored to your needs—whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, or simply craving quiet time for yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and more at ease in both body and mind.
