What happens when it all feels too big to handle, but it feels impossible to say that out loud to even your closest family and friends (or worse yet, you tell them and they don't seem to 'hear' you?) With more than 12 years as a High Risk Doula and Coach, Heather's pregnancy coaching can help give you the support you need to navigate the often-turbulent emotional world that parents-to-be face. Rooted in a coaching-based approach, Heather uses values work to create a firm foundation to sift through the competing messages and sense of disconnection that so often overwhelm us during this time and helps you find a firm foundation to ground yourself in for the journey to come.
