KAP Integration Session
Appointment Length
1 hour 0 minutes
Service Description
A KAP integration session gives us space to reflect on your ketamine experience and explore what it means for you. We may discuss emotions, memories, or insights that came up, as well as anything that felt confusing or unfinished. Together, we’ll look at how to carry what feels meaningful into your daily life and ongoing therapy.
This is a psychotherapy session; ketamine is not administered. I’m a Texas LPC-Associate supervised by LeAnna Coulter, LPC-S.
Service Requirements
A full intake and KAP dosing session with me are required before booking integration. Before we meet, you’re welcome to jot down anything you remember from the experience, including feelings, images, questions, or changes you’ve noticed since the session. You don’t need to have a clear interpretation of it.
For a virtual appointment, please join from a private space while physically located in Texas.
FAQs
Q: When should I schedule integration?
A: We’ll plan your integration appointment when we schedule your dosing session, so you have dedicated time to process the experience afterward.
Q: What if I don’t remember much from my dosing session?
A: That’s okay. We can start with what you do remember, how you’ve felt since, or what you’re noticing in daily life.
Q: What if my experience was difficult or confusing?
A: You can bring that in, too. Integration is a space to talk through the experience without pressure to find an immediate meaning or positive takeaway.
Q: Will I take ketamine during this appointment?
A: No. Integration is a talk therapy session after dosing.
Q: Is one integration session enough?
A: Sometimes one session is enough to begin processing; other experiences call for more time. We’ll decide together what support makes sense for you.
