As a Board Certified Traditional Naturopath, Holistic Nutritionist, HeartMath® Breathwork Practitioner, and Healing Lifestyle Coach, I take a whole-person approach to wellness that honors the unique story, experiences, and goals of each client. Drawing from holistic nutrition, Chinese Medicine principles, nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body practices, I create personalized plans designed to support healing from the inside out.
At the heart of my practice is one simple belief: you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you what to believe or how to live, but to walk alongside you with compassion, education, and practical tools that help you reconnect with your body's wisdom and build a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and sustainable.
