I struggled for so many years with addiction to fast food, junk snacks and sugar. By the time I was in my 40's I had type 2 diabetes, High blood pressure, and Cholesterol issues. I was always tired and moving was difficult. Worst yet, doctors, dietitians and other experts were no help.
Now I have energy, moving is easy and I don't crave junk foods. Life is actually enjoyable again. My mission now is to help others achieve the best life possible. A simple, easy and personalized approach is the key. I will not give cookie cutter advice because it simply doesn't work.
