Hi, I'm Coach TeeCee. Welcome to Wholly Holistic.

If you're here, chances are you're carrying a lot. Maybe you're stretched thin between work, family, and everyone else's needs, and your own wellbeing has quietly slipped to the bottom of the list. Maybe you know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to even begin. That's exactly who I built this practice for.

I'm a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Happiness Life Coach, with additional training as a Certified Life Coach Minister - credentials that shape how I guide clients through habit-building, accountability, and sustainable change. I'm also currently completing my B.A. in Psychology, deepening my understanding of the "why" behind behavior change. Alongside my coaching training, I bring years of experience as a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) and Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS); a background that shaped the empathetic, judgment-free, walk-alongside-you approach I bring into every session.

I also bring lived experience to this work. I've personally navigated my own share of life's hardest transitions from caregiving and career shifts to health challenges and marriage struggles; and I know firsthand what it feels like to be stretched thin and unsure where to start rebuilding. That's part of why this practice exists: not just professional training, but real understanding.

I'm not here to hand you a rigid plan or tell you what your life should look like. I'm here to help you see your whole life clearly, get equipped with tools and structure that actually fit your reality, and build sustainable change that sticks: based on YOUR goals, one honest step at a time.

This work is client-led, practical, and non-clinical. I'm a coach, not a therapist or medical provider, and I'll always point you toward the right professional if that's what you need. What I offer is steady support, real accountability, and a plan built around your actual life, not a template.
