For many years, I poured myself into my career, my family, and the roles that needed me. Like so many women, I kept moving forward, showing up, pushing through, and making it work.
But as life shifted, I began asking a deeper question: Who am I now? That question led me toward yoga, meditation, coaching, and a path of rediscovery that continues to shape the work I offer today.
Today, I am a yoga teacher, an iRest® guide, and a certified life coach. I support women who are navigating the space between who they have been and who they are becoming, helping them reconnect with clarity, purpose, and self-trust.
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that your next chapter does not need to be rushed. It can be listened for, tended to, and chosen with intention.
