As a dedicated Life, Relationship, and Wellness Coach, I help individuals and couples navigate meaningful life transitions with clarity, confidence, and compassion. My work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves support, guidance, and a safe space to grow — whether they are strengthening a relationship, preparing for marriage, or finding stability and healing during or after divorce.
I bring a holistic, client‑centered approach to coaching, integrating emotional wellness, communication skills, personal development, and practical life strategies. As the owner of KHI Holistic Health, Life, & Wellness Coaching, I am committed to empowering clients to build healthier relationships, make aligned decisions, and create lives rooted in purpose and emotional well‑being.
My specialties include:
Relationship Coaching — supporting individuals and couples in deepening connection, improving communication, and building healthier patterns.
Pre‑Marriage Coaching — guiding couples through foundational conversations, expectations, and tools that support long‑term partnership success.
Divorce Mediation Coaching — offering structured, neutral support to help clients navigate separation with dignity, emotional clarity, and reduced conflict.
Holistic Life Coaching — helping clients manage stress, navigate transitions, and cultivate personal growth and wellness.
To ensure accessibility and comfort, I provide coaching in the way that best fits your lifestyle and needs. Services are available online (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams), in person (at your home or workplace), or by scheduled appointment at a local office. My goal is to meet you where you are — physically, emotionally, and personally — and support you with compassion, structure, and a clear plan for growth.
Clients describe my coaching style as supportive, direct, and deeply intuitive. If you are seeking guidance, healing, or a fresh start, I am here to walk with you through the journey.
