Hi! I'm Izabela Marić - yoga teacher & therapist, founder of Verbasana yoga studio, yoga retreats organizer, and Holistic coach in training.
My goal is to help others feel their best through personalized lifestyle changes that meet unique dietary, emotional, and physical goals and needs.
I discovered yoga 20 years ago and was certified as a yoga teacher in various yoga traditions:
- Gaia Yoga, Zagreb, Croatia (RYT200),
- SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore, India (RYT300)
I studied yoga, ayurveda and yoga therapy for 4 years with yogacharya Jadranko Miklec (RYT800) in the Institute for Yoga and Ayurveda Sun.
Since 2004 I have traveled almost every year to India to learn more about yoga at its source.
I am also a mother and a lover of nature, animals and traveling.
