Individual Conscious Connected Breath-work
Appointment Length
1 hour 15 minutes
Service Description
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a healing and spiritual practice that invites you to follow the innate wisdom of your body. Each session unfolds in the present moment, guided by what naturally arises, creating space for you to come home to yourself—reconnecting with intuition, restoring balance, and opening to the deeper flow of healing. Through continuous, mindful breathing, we calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and attune to the body’s intelligence. Much like a gentle, self-guided psychedelic journey, this practice helps synchronize the rhythm of the heart and brain, cultivating a profound sense of safety, clarity, and calm. The breath becomes a bridge—allowing release, renewal, and transformation beyond what words alone can express.

FAQs
Q: What exactly is breathwork, and how is it different from meditation or yoga?
A: Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice of conscious breathing that calms the mind, regulates the nervous system, and reconnects you with your body’s innate wisdom. Unlike meditation or yoga, it uses the breath itself as the bridge to release and restore balance from within.
Q: Do I need a mat, blanket, or specific setup at home?
A: You don’t need much—just a quiet, undisturbed space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. A mat, blanket, pillow, and water are helpful. You may also want a journal, earbuds, or an eye mask to create an optimal, relaxed sensory experience.
Q: Will I be guided the whole time, or is it mostly silence?
A: You’ll be guided throughout by the rhythm of music and my voice, while also being encouraged to follow the wisdom of your body. Most of all, you’ll learn to tune into your own inner guidance, letting your breath lead the experience.
Q: What can I expect to feel or experience during the session and what might I feel afterward?
A: During the session, you may notice bodily sensations, tingling, emotions shifting, or waves of energy—feelings can range from calm and joy to release of stored tension. Afterward, many feel grounded, relaxed, clear-minded, and deeply connected to their body and breath.
Q: How does Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) differ from other popular breathwork modalities?
A: Conscious Connected Breathing uses a continuous, circular breath—inhale flows directly into exhale without pauses—making it intuitive and easy to follow. Unlike other breathwork practices that require specific counts or techniques, this approach is relatively intuitive—once you understand the connected breath, it relies mostly on feeling rather than precise rules.
