Hello and welcome! I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopathic Practitioner with a deep passion for helping others reclaim their health from the inside out. My practice focuses on gut health and sustainable weight loss—two areas that have transformed my life in the most profound ways.

Two years ago, I began my own wellness journey and lost over 110 pounds through natural, holistic practices. Along the way, I adopted a lifestyle centered on clean eating, herbal remedies, and mindful living. As a result, I was able to come off all prescription medications and experience true, lasting wellness.

My personal transformation inspired me to dive deeper into holistic healing, so I could empower others with the knowledge and tools to become the healthiest version of themselves. Today, I specialize in guiding clients through customized wellness plans that address the root causes of their health concerns—not just the symptoms.

Service Description

HTMA Testing kit is ordered and sent to you to complete at home. Once you have completed the test you will send it to the testing center using the included label. Test results come typically come back in two weeks. Once I receive the results I will schedule a time with you to discuss over the phone then determine next steps.
