Hope and Healing

A welcoming and respectful 8-week online grief support group for men and women navigating loss, we'll meet weekly in a small supportive group to share, connect and learn practical ways to navigate grief and life after loss. Each 90-minute session is $20 for a total of $160 for the full 8-week program

Please join from a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable participating. This is a supportive coaching groupand is not therapy or mental health treatment. Participants are asked to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in the group.
