Each session is tailored to your individual grief journey, needs and goals. The program includes the Hope and Healing workbook, guided reflections, practical exercises and compassionate support to help you navigate loss and begin moving forward with hope. The complete 10-week program is $500. ($50/weekly)

Q: Is the Hope and Healing program personalized?
A: Yes, every grief journey is different. The 10- week program provides a supportive framework. But each session is individualized to your story, need, pace and goals.

Q: What is included in the 10-week program?
A: The program includes 10 weekly 1-hour private coaching sessions, and the Hope and Healing workbook to guide reflection and practical exercises between sessions.

Q: What happens if I need to miss a session?
A: Life happens. If you need to miss a session, please give us as much notice as possible. We will work together to reschedule your session so you can continue your 10-week journey.

Q: What if I can't afford all 10 sessions at once?
A: You don't have to pay for all 10 sessions upfront. You may pay for the $50 per weekly session, making the full 10-week program $500.

Q: Do you accept medical insurance?
A: No. Hope and Healing is a grief coaching program, not therapy or medical treatment and we do not bill medical insurance. Sessions are self-pay at $50 per session.
