Gut repair: determine and support food allergies

This specific session is designed for those who are suffering from gastrointestinal imbalance and resultant food allergies. This could be causing: GI upset, gas/bloating, abdominal pain, inconsistent bowel movements, eczema, acne and many other concerns. The focus will be determining what the client is allergic to, how it is creating inflammation in the body and how to then properly manage the body's response. These sessions will likely be booked on a regular basis, until we feel the individual has attained adequate gut health. Nutrition recommendations, dietary protocol, herbal remedies and lifestyle suggestions will be implemented and specifically designed to the needs of the individual client.

This particular session can be booked after scheduling my “initial wellness consult”. It is important to book the initial consult as it is where we will go through an in-depth history, questionnaire and educational material.
