Greetings everyone!:) My name is Shaazia and I’m a registered International phase Counseling therapist, Wellness & Life coach and Medical Herbalist. I specialize in all areas of mental health and wellness, as well as Holistic well-being, and work with clients from all over the world. My clients are my top priority, and become as important to me as family as we grow together as a team. Any dream can be accomplished by applying the correct mindset. Remember quality of life is determined by how we perceive it, which is why good mental grounding is so imperative in our lives. I also believe in Holistic healing (such as herbal cures) as opposed to conventional medication. A combination of healthy mind and body is an unstoppable force.
