Functional Mental Health Follow-Up Consultation

A follow-up functional mental health consultation gives us time to review what you’ve noticed since our last visit and adjust your plan. We can discuss changes in mood, energy, sleep, digestion, or eating patterns; review any completed lab results; and refine your nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations. We’ll focus on practical next steps that fit your life and goals.

An initial functional mental health consultation with me is required before booking this service. Please complete any forms assigned before your appointment.

If you have new lab results, an updated medication or supplement list, or notes about changes you’ve noticed, please have them available. You do not need to order new labs for a follow-up. For a virtual appointment, join from a private space with a reliable internet connection.

Q: Can I book this as my first appointment?
A: No. Please book the initial functional mental health consultation first so we can review your history and establish a plan.

Q: What should I track between visits?
A: Anything relevant to your goals can help, such as changes in mood, sleep, energy, digestion, eating patterns, or how you’re responding to your plan. Brief notes are enough.

Q: Do I need lab results for a follow-up?
A: No. If you’ve completed testing, we can review the results together. We can also use the session to assess your progress without new labs.

Q: Can we change my nutrition or supplement plan?
A: Yes. Follow-up visits are a chance to discuss what’s working, what isn’t, and what adjustments make sense for you.

Q: Is this a therapy session?
A: No. This service focuses on functional nutrition and lifestyle support for mental well-being. If you’d like psychotherapy, please book an initial therapy intake.
