During this personalized session, we’ll review your laboratory results together and look beyond individual numbers to identify meaningful patterns and areas that may be influencing your overall wellness.

We’ll discuss relevant findings related to areas such as **digestion, nutrient status, mineral balance, inflammation, detoxification, metabolic health, energy production, hormones, and other foundational systems**, depending on the labs provided.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your results and personalized wellness recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, targeted supplementation, and next steps.

**This session is ideal for clients who already have functional lab results and want professional guidance on understanding their findings and creating a practical wellness strategy.**

**Before your session, please provide:**

1. **Your functional laboratory results** — Upload a clear PDF or image of the complete lab report you would like reviewed. Please include all pages and reference ranges.

2. **Your primary health and wellness concerns** — Briefly describe the main concerns or goals you would like us to focus on during your session.

3. **Relevant health history** — Include any current medications, supplements, significant health history, or recent changes that may be relevant to interpreting your results.

4. **Your current diet and lifestyle** — Briefly describe your typical diet, sleep, exercise/activity level, and any major lifestyle factors you feel may be relevant.
