Hello, hello! I'm Coach Jamila, your Total Wellness Coach! I help busy moms curate a plan that promotes sustainable lifestyle changes. I specialize in mindset work, which is the first part to any journey. Understanding why you may or may not stick to a routine, why you stress eat, and/or why you might not feel motivated are areas that I like to dive into. We have to understand the root cause to start manifesting true change. Everyone is different, so each of my plans are specific to each person. Sleep hygiene, stress management, hydration, movement, weight loss, and weight management are also what my packages entail. I am looking forward to partnering with YOU!
