Your first visit with Dr. Vastani is a comprehensive and compassionate evaluation of your mental health. She will review your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, lifestyle, and daily functioning to better understand the full clinical picture.

Using evidence-based psychiatric care and clinical assessment, Dr. Vastani works with each patient to identify their individual needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, education, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
