I’m Jennifer Cooper, NBC-HWC, CPRP, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with 30 years of experience working in the mental health field. That experience deeply informs the way I coach. I understand that meaningful change isn’t simply a matter of willpower, motivation, or having the perfect plan. Our stress, environments, relationships, experiences, habits, and sense of self all influence how we care for ourselves and move forward.
My coaching is not therapy, but it is informed by decades of supporting people through mental health challenges, recovery, change, and personal growth. I bring that perspective together with evidence-based health and wellness coaching and creative approaches inspired by my background in the arts.
