2nd Saturday kids

Every kid deserves to have regular chiropractic care. This option is valid on the 2nd Saturday of each month only. Visits booked with this option for other Saturdays will be canceled.

Each child must have their own visit booking. Child must be less than 12 years of age to select this visit option. Child’s date of birth must be recorded in the notes when the first appointment is made or visit will be canceled. A parent or legal guardian must be present with the child at the visit or visit will be canceled.

There is NO CHARGE for this visit, however, if the parent wants to donate they are welcome to drop a donation in the HONOR BOX that will go to LOCAL MISSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. Use a check with the TO field left BLANK if a tax deduction is desired because we do not watch who puts what in the box. All cash dropped in goes in an unmarked envelop at FBC Lindale.

This is wellness care only. Child may NOT be under current care by another chiropractor. We do not treat any conditions so this is NOT an emergency option if your regular chiropractor is closed. Please wait until after your appointment to use fragrance as we have some practice members with fragrance sensitivity.

REMINDER: We offer non-therapeutic care with the goal of removing interference in the nervous system. We do NOT treat pain or any other condition.
