1:1 Coaching
A session that adapts to what you need that day — conversation, breathwork, or body-based work. Some sessions are reflective. Some are grounding. All of them are a place to land.
What to expect
We start by checking in — what’s present, what you’re carrying, what feels most important to bring into the session. From there, we might stay in conversation, move into breathwork, or use a more body-based approach depending on what feels useful. There’s no fixed structure, and you don’t need a clear goal to begin.
Good for
Grief · Life transitions · Relationship changes · Feeling emotionally stuck · Processing a difficult season

My path into this work is personal.
I didn’t set out to work in this field. For over a decade, I worked in global health, much more comfortable with thinking and problem-solving than feeling. After the deaths of both of my parents, I spent a lot of time looking for spaces to help me navigate my grief.
In my previous career, I was accustomed to supporting people through systems, resources, and plans. Grief didn’t respond to any of that. It changed how I understood care. It became less about solving and more about being able to sit with what’s uncomfortable without trying to move it along. That shift is what brought me toward more relational and body-based approaches.
My journey with grief changed how I think about support and healing spaces, eventually leading me to train in somatic breathwork, hypnotherapy, and grief coaching.
Now, I work with people who are moving through loss, change, or a season of life that feels heavier than usual. My sessions are conversational and paced. We might talk, use breathwork, or bring in hypnotherapy depending on what feels useful that day.
Outside of sessions, I’m usually somewhere outdoors, listening to loud music, or sharing good food with people I love. This work is important to me, but I try to keep it grounded and human — less about fixing and more about paying attention. I look forward to working with you.
