Meet Lenise

Growing up in Harlem, my grandmother took me to her church every Sunday, where they played no music and worshipped in silence. I was often lulled to sleep by the slow, intentional singing but little did I know, those songs were imprinting themselves on my soul. My spiritual journey had begun.

My path led me to Howard University, where I earned my BBA in Business Management and nurtured my love for event planning. After graduation, I built a career in events across the corporate and entertainment industries.What I believed was my dream job ended when I was let go... and in that loss, I heard a clearer calling. I stepped into work as a youth advocate and program facilitator, pouring my wisdom and passion for life into young women navigating their own becoming.

Then came the life transitions of becoming a working woman, a wife, and a mother while beautiful, they brought every dormant trauma to the surface. Sleepless nights and the true weight of motherhood fed a daily anger and frustration I didn't recognize in myself. After too much complaining and controlling, I finally saw the truth: I was the one who needed to change.

With guidance from my Spiritual Mentor ) who trained and ordained me as a Minister in Mindful Metamorphosis) I did the inner work to embrace my seasons, own my responsibilities, and reclaim my power. That healing process didn't just change me. It initiated me into my purpose.

I earned my Crown.

Today, I help women like you Crown themselves. As an ICF-certified Holistic Life Coach, I coach on Mindset, Self Love, Manifestation, Purpose, and Connecting with God.. lessons that move you forward on your own terms, toward a fulfillment that isn't dependent on a relationship, a number in your bank account, or anyone else's permission to feel whole.

With the tools I share, women become enlightened and powerful, causing a shift in their narratives, their lives, and their future generations.
