Q: What is your cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy?
A: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session cost, while no-shows or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may also incur a $30 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled appointments must be within 30 days of the original appointment date.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds are available for sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds are not issued for completed sessions, late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a possible resolution. Any applicable credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

A: Refunds for prepaid packages or prepaid sessions are only available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have been used. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but remaining unused sessions may be transferred to another person.

A: We accept major credit cards and debit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions and is non-refundable.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We do not directly accept insurance. However, you may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement if your plan covers these services.
Q: What should I expect during my first appointment?
A: Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your health history, lifestyle, physical and emotional background, and goals. We will discuss your needs, create a personalized plan, and may include a brief treatment session.
Q: How long is a typical session?
A: Initial consultations typically last 60–90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 60 minutes, although you may choose a 90-minute session if you prefer a longer appointment.
Q: Do you offer online consultations or package discounts?
A: Yes. We offer online consultations through this platform. We also offer discounted packages for multiple sessions, which you may ask about during your consultation.
Q: What happens if I arrive late or have a health emergency?
A: Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. For health emergencies, please contact your healthcare provider or go to the nearest emergency room. Our services are for general wellness and guidance and are not intended for emergency care.
