Are you looking for some guidance when it comes to exercise? Maybe you need someone to help keep you accountable? Let’s get you moving! After filling out your health history form and PAR-Q, let’s meet for an hour long personal training session. This will include a personalized warm up, exercise, cooldown and stretch.
