Welcome, love. I'm Molly Rose, a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher with a decade+ of experience teaching, studying, and seeking truth around the globe.
As a yoga teacher, I seek to plant a seed. I hope to guide you out of your head and back into the wisdom of your incredible body. My classes are intuitive, spacious, and soulful. You are encouraged to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels organic and expressive.
As a breathwork facilitator, I am here to hold space as you begin to unravel into your truth. I create a safe container for soulful expression. One in which you are free to surrender, unwind, process, grieve, FEEL, and transform. It is deep work and something I do not take lightly. There is potent magic to be discovered when you allow yourself to explore your shadow.
I aim to share the resources, tools, and skills that have helped me in my own healing process. I believe we are our own greatest healers and the true magic lies within that remembrance.
I hold a PhD in Philosophy, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and yoga certification. I have traveled the world studying healing practices and shamanism. I have induced full chakra Kundalini awakenings and dried wet sheets in freezing temperatures with my bare body—I know of no one else who has done either without an outside teacher. I now gift the world a healing protocol and welcome guests for private retreats to heal with me at Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary.

Lathrop was developed around railroad interests. The town was founded around 1868 when the first transcontinental railroad was extended to the area after a dispute between the president of the Central Pacific Railroad, Leland Stanford, and the City of Stockton. The two parties had struck a right-of-way agreement to build a railroad through Stockton, but when city officials delayed in deciding where the alignment should go, Stanford decided to instead build the railroad around Stockton and set up a new town along the route.
The new town was platted into 16 subdivisions around the site of a train depot named Wilson's Station at a wye built for switching train cars. A merchant store and schoolhouse were built soon after. In 1869, the area was renamed in honor of the family of Leland Stanford's wife, Jane Stanford (née Lathrop), and her brother, Charles Lathrop, who worked for Leland as an engineer at Central Pacific.
