The median age was 32 years. For every 100 females, there were 102.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.0 males.

The per capita income for the CDP was $15,171. 10.5% of the population and 6.8% of families were below the poverty line. 13.1% of those under the age of 18 and 5.2% are 65 or older.
