Upper Grand Lagoon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bay County, Florida, United States. The population was 15,778 at the 2020 census, up from 13,963 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Panama City–Panama City Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Upper Grand Lagoon is located at 30°10′12″N 85°45′21″W (30.169898, -85.755909).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 15.9 square miles (41.2 km2), of which 8.1 square miles (21.0 km2) is land and 7.8 square miles (20.2 km2), or 49.13%, is water.
In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 22.7% under the age of 18, 7.2% from 18 to 24, 31.8% from 25 to 44, 25.4% from 45 to 64, and 12.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
