This group challenge includes weekly Zoom calls with the group. Including a before and after group Zoom for a total of 6 1- hour Zoom meetings. A grocery list, recipes, goal setting, mindset work and accountability is included.
Each week we will focus on 1-2 topics as well as set a goal for the overall challenge. Your goals are individualized around hydration, nutrition, habits, exercise, self-care, sleep or weight loss. While we work together, this is YOUR plan and you set the goals for your success.
Meeting times TBD based on each group.
