3 Session Package

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field, as a Nutritious Life Health Coach and a Social Worker I view wellness through a holistic lens. I am able to guide you in reclaiming your health through an all-encompassing mind, body, and spirit approach.

This 3 session package allows us the space and time to work together through 3 1-hour long sessions.

After you book this initial session, use the 'scheduling tool' on my home page to book your other 2 sessions at no charge.
