Englewood is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. A northern suburb of Dayton, it is part of the Dayton metropolitan area.

The city is situated along the Stillwater River, bordering the cities of Clayton, Union, and Butler Township. Interstate 70 and the National Road (U.S. Route 40) intersect Ohio State Route 48 within Englewood's boundaries.

Also among the early settlers were the families of the Ellers, Fouts, Frantzs, Wertzs, and the Brumbaughs.
