Minneola is located at 28°34′41″N 81°44′49″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 10.71 square miles (28.4 km²), of which 10.34 square miles (26.8 km²) is land and 0.37 square miles (0.96 km²) (5.26%) is water.
