Stretch for Improved Mobility/Flexibility

Service Description
This session will instruct participant through shoulder and hip stretches to improve overall balance, strength and mobility.
Service Requirements
Wear comfortable clothing, have a pillow, resistance or yoga strap, foam roller or rolling pin/stick, tennis ball and a long stocking for tennis ball to assist with massage and stretch, non-slip surface and a bed or bench.
