A: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full fee. Refunds are available for sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, but not for services rendered or missed appointments. Refunds for prepaid packages are only available within 7 days of purchase and if no sessions have been used. After 7 days, transfers to another service are possible.
Q: Payment and Fees
A: A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. We do not directly accept insurance, but you may submit your receipt for reimbursement.
Q: Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling
A: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. A rescheduling fee may apply for late cancellations. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling.

Q: Late Arrival Policy
A: Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
