Sample Submission Guidelines
• Dyed or colored hair does not impact the accuracy of our scans.
• A teaspoon of hair is sufficient. If you can't provide this amount, you may also include clippings of your fingernails or toenails in your sample.
• If you lack sufficient hair, please include both hair and nail clippings. If you have no hair, send clippings from all your fingernails and toenails.
• Hair from any part of the body is suitable, whether or not it includes the root.
• All test kits and scans should be used within a year of purchase. No replacements or refunds are provided for unused kits after this period.
• Some medications and supplements might interfere with certain readings. Please inform us of any such substances you take before your scan so we can guide you appropriately. If possible, halt non-essential supplements three days before your sample collection.
• Our scanning technology identifies energetically stressed areas in your body, removing the guesswork associated with unknown stressors. This is crucial for selecting the most effective balancing remedies.
Sample and Result Tracking
• We recommend sending only one sample per person at a time. Contact us for guidance on when and if a second set of samples should be sent.
• Each return envelope includes a tracking number. Record this number before mailing your samples to track their progress.
• Samples are securely stored at our facilities and incinerated two weeks after testing. They are never retained or sold.
• Please allow approximately three weeks from the time we receive your samples to process your results. You will receive your results via the email you provided.

Q: What age groups does the Cellular Health Testing cater to?
A: Sprout Nourishment welcomes individuals of all ages, from newborns to centenarians. We can perform scans as long as we have a sample of saliva and either hair or nail clippings.
Q: Do you conduct DNA testing?
A: We do not conduct DNA testing. Instead, we analyze your hair and saliva bioenergetically to assess stress levels, resonating toxins, sensitivities to food and environment, hormones, and nutrients, aiming to recommend holistic balancing remedies.
Q: Is Lyme disease detectable through your tests?
A: Our services do not include testing for or diagnosing Lyme disease or any other medical conditions. Our bioenergetic testing is a holistic approach that assesses the energy from your samples, providing insights into stressed or weakened digital values, which guide our holistic remedy recommendations.
Q: What should I do if I haven't received my package?
A: Upon shipment, Sprout Nourishment provides a tracking number and proof of delivery to ensure your package’s arrival. Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient once it is marked as delivered and is no longer in the hands of Sprout Nourishment.
Q: What is your policy on returns?
A: Refunds are available for scans if the test kit has not yet been dispatched. No refunds are provided once the collection kits are sent. Unopened remedies can be returned within ten days for a refund, minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Opened products cannot be refunded.
Q: Can I update my Health Questionnaire after submitting it?
A: While the questionnaire cannot be edited after submission, you can email us any additional information you wish to include, and we will update your records accordingly.
Q: How often should I get scanned?
A: This varies by individual. Some use the first scan as a baseline and undergo subsequent scans to monitor progress. Generally, three consecutive scans followed by maintenance scans every six to nine months are effective.
