Kenosha is a city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin and the seat of Kenosha County. Per the 2020 census, the population was 99,986 which made it the fourth-most populous city in Wisconsin. In the 2010s, the city and surrounding county have benefited from an expanding economy and increased job growth. It is home to the headquarters of the Fortune 1000 tool manufacturer Snap-on Inc., as well as the clothing company Jockey International. Kenosha is home to multiple educational institutions including the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, Herzing University, Carthage College, and Gateway Technical College.
