Mayfield Heights is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. An eastern suburb of Cleveland, it is part of the Cleveland metropolitan area.

Mayfield Heights was initially built up as a streetcar suburb of Cleveland. It was incorporated as a village in 1925 and as a city in 1951.
