Falmouth is a town in Cumberland County, Maine, United States. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area. English explorer Christopher Levett met with the Aucocisco Sagamore Skittery Gusset at his summer village at Presumpscot Falls in 1623.

There are two census-designated places occupying the eastern portion of the town: Falmouth CDP to the south, and Falmouth Foreside to the north.
