My name is Solange Muñoz Eifler, CFNC, RWP-1, BCHN®  I found my passion for helping others through the functional & holistic nutrition approach while trying to figure out my family and own health challenges. Being healthy feels differently for each one of us. Striving for wellbeing is a personal journey that can take you through many paths. Nutrition information is plentiful and easy to lose your way on trends that offer the solution to your health issues. There is not one diet, not a quick fix, and not one way to get health back. The Functional and Holistic Nutrition approach considers your uniqueness, whole body system, and environmental factors. My focus is supporting gastrointestinal and skin health. If you are having a hard time figuring out what to eat because you react to most food; I can help.
